This man definitely knows his stuff! When I initially started out I was stuggling with a sense of direction etc. but after 3 months of online training with Adrian I began to believe in myself. Due to the simple, but effective nature of Adrians programme I’ve been following I can now finally touch my toes from a standing position. My main goal was to improve my flexibility and with Adrian’s programme I did just that and more. Adrian is a fantastic listener, which I think definitely helped bring results quicker. I would recommend his services to anyone.
When I started fitness I didn't see any progression but after 2 months with Adrian, I had a plan I could follow in my busy lifestyle which actually delivered results. The diet plan he prepared for me gave me the energy I needed to push myself against my personalised training plan.
